I attended a LoanWell Seminar with my mom and they were wonderful. The Loan Officer did a great job with my 82 yr old mom. The Reverse Mortgage saved her house. I would recommend LoanWell and the Reverse Mortgage to everyone. THANK YOU LOANWELL!!
I went to a seminar given by LoanWell Financial. It was put on by the same person in this video who seems to be the owner. I didn’t feel comfortable and felt like he was not someone I would be comfortable doing business with. Eventually I found another person who helped me and was willing to take the time to answer my questions without pressure. I love my reverse mortgage but am happy I went with another company. I felt they were more sincere and cared about my situation.
Tammy, yes I am an employee of LoanWell America. Before going to work with LoanWell I looked into getting my mother a reverse mortgage and found LoanWell. About 6 months after my mother got her reverse mortgage I thought it was such a great idea that I wanted to tell other seniors about how a reverse mortgage could change their life. It is true that both of our testimonials are actually employees. In Gary’s case, after securing a reverse mortgage for his 88 year old Mother through LoanWell, he decided to join our team. What better compliment for the reverse mortgage product itself as well as LoanWell.
I looked into a reverse mortgage for my mother with this company, they have been under various names. Wonder why?? Note, James Russell and the gentleman named Gary, are both employees. Seems like misleading when the only satisfied customers they could come up with are employees. Why did they have to use “ringers”. Check background of the owner before you use them.
